Your Impact

Through the Agile way of working, you help our customers with innovation, challenges and changes. You will combine your knowledge of Agile methodologies with new work experience in Agile environments. In this way, you will become a worthy discussion partner for the scrum team, the business and management.

Assignments you fulfill can relate to project support, process management, functional management, implementation management, service management, communication management or business consultancy. You will also follow an extensive training program and we will guide and coach you throughout this process. Your personal and professional development are central to this. You can think of professional training courses such as; project management (PRINCEII), Agile, scrum, business analysis and DevOps. You will also attend training courses in the area of personal development.

Where you're going to get started

With all the developments around digitalization, security & privacy and machine learning, the demand is rising for people who can provide insight into how all these developments are relevant and useful for organizations: junior Technical Consultants! Within Ordina, as a Technical Consultant, you will work at strategic, tactical and operational levels. Together they serve the largest organizations in Financial Services, Healthcare, Government and Industry.

Recently graduated? With our Traineeship Business Consultant we offer you, as a recent graduate, a path in which you can develop your capabilities and knowledge to the fullest. In this two-year program you can gain experience at various organizations, in different disciplines to see the different sides of the IT world.

• You have a completed technical HBO or WO education in the direction of IT (maximum two years of work experience);
• Positive mindset, entrepreneurial, responsible, decisive, analytical and results-oriented;
• You already have some programming experience;
• You see working in a changing environment using Scrum and Agile as a challenge;
• Strong social and communicative skills;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
• Because our customers have different needs, we are looking for Young Professionals with different educational backgrounds.
