We are looking for a manager to continue the growth of a production facility in Limburg. You will be responsible for a small group of technicians responsible for the production of biological products in a cleanroom setting (GMP).

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily supervision and development of the technicians
• Coordination of all schedules (manufacturing, logistics and cleaning)
• Ensuring all documentation is correct and complete
• Ensuring compliance to all QA related issues have been followed up (CAPA, deviations etc)
• Validation and maintenance of lab equipment and facilities

Job requirements

For this position we are looking for a professional with the following background:

• BSc/MSc degree in life sciences, biochemistry, biology or biotechnology
• Relevant experience supervision and proven work experience in a GMP environment is required
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
• You are a people manager with a keen eye for detail and quality

Salary: 3000- 4250 euro gross per month
