As a Principal Consultant Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will become the critical link in driving the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions for our clients. Thus, you play a leading role in advising clients, designing customized AI solutions and inspiring teams to successfully implement innovative technologies. As part of our passionate CTO team, you will also make a critical contribution to identifying new business and technical opportunities and developing strategic AI initiatives.

Among other things, what will you be doing?

Clients:

You will be working as a principal consultant (in part) with clients to apply your knowledge in practice;

Client consulting and strategic planning

: You will conduct interviews with clients to understand their specific business challenges and goals and advise them on the most appropriate AI solutions and strategies to achieve their goals.

Knowledge Sharing

: You are an active contributor to our internal knowledge sharing and community. You will share best practices, organize workshops and stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning and related technologies.

Conferences:

You give inspiring presentations at conferences to propagate and claim thought leadership.
Connecting yourself with short lines to your Principal Consultant peers in the CTO Office and internal communities like our Tribes and Special Agents will give you the energy and support you need to really shine in your work!

09:00-10:00 – New week! Grab your cup of coffee or tea at the internal meeting with CTO Office and Principal Consultant peers to stay abreast of the latest developments within the company.

10:00-12:00 – Time for admin!
13:00-15:00 – Working on developing an AI strategy for a client.
15:00-17:00 – Consultation with the team on how to implement the transformation strategy.
09:00-17:00 – You are working with the client today to realize their goals through the knowledge you bring to the table
09:00-10:00 – Internal meeting with the CTO office to discuss progress.
10:00-12:00 – Developing a plan for promoting our vision on an international stage.
13:00-15:00 – Working on developing an AI solution for a client.
15:00-17:00 – Consultation with the team on how to implement and optimize this solution.
10:00-11:00: Time for a 1-on-1 with your manager at a coffee shop, in nature or at the office.
11:00-12:00 – Working out a solution to a strategic issue with a client.
13:00-15:00 – Give presentation to management on the development of the AI vision.
15:00-17:00 – Working with the team to further develop and implement the vision.
10:00-12:00 – Discussing a new project with a client and advising on the best AI strategies.
13:00-16:00 – You will accompany an account manager to a prospect to have conversations about your AI expertise.
16:00-17:00: Discussing the week’s results and plans for the coming week with the team. With a small drink of course! 😉

This is where you recognize yourself

Nobody fits all the boxes, but if you come very close to a perfect score you may call immediately!

• You have a college or university degree in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and reinforcement learning
• Programming experience in languages such as Python and expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A passion for technological innovation.
• You are at the forefront of technology and have communication skills.
• Propagating your vision on a local and international stage is no stranger to you (with our support, of course).
• You have complete freedom of choice and control over your work; this requires entrepreneurship and flexibility.
• You master and speak the Dutch language.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and can totally relate to our core values: HOERA (Cordial, Open, Energy, Rebellious, Ambition).
