As a Cyber Security – IAM Professional Services, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IIQ, ensuring robust security and compliance with industry standards.

Design and execute complex workflows, rules, custom connectors, and provisioning plans within the SailPoint IIQ framework.
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various platforms such as JDBC, Active Directory, and SAP, enhancing the IAM ecosystem’s efficiency and coverage.
Participate in the planning and implementation of patch/version upgrades, contributing to the continuous improvement of the IAM solutions.
Collaborate with the team to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes, reducing risks and increasing operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:
A solid foundation with over 10 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ development, including in-depth knowledge of IAM principles and practices.
Proven expertise in developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ, including defining rules, access controls, entitlements, user policies, certifications, and provisioning.

Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, Bean Shell scripting, and familiarity with database technologies.
Experience in application onboarding, synchronization engines, and managing high-impact incidents within the SailPoint IIQ environment.
The ability to manage multiple projects, adjust priorities in an evolving work environment, and plan for backup & disaster recovery.

You Should Possess the Ability to:
Work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Contribute to the design and implementation of complex IAM workflows, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Drive automation initiatives, developing scripts to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of human errors.
