We are seeking an experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating inspection activities within the EPC environment, particularly in the oil and gas sector. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations. The Inspection Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency throughout the inspection process.

What do you need

1. Coordinate and schedule inspection activities for projects within the EPC environment, preferably with experience in the oil and gas sector.
2. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and third-party inspection agencies to ensure smooth inspection processes.
3. Review project specifications and technical documents to understand inspection requirements.
4. Develop and maintain inspection plans, checklists, and procedures to meet project and industry standards.
5. Manage procurement and inspection of materials, equipment, and components.
6. Monitor inspection progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
7. Resolve technical queries, non-conformities, and deviations during inspections.
8. Maintain accurate records of inspection reports and documentation.
9. Provide regular updates and reports to project management on inspection status and quality metrics.
