Leading Sales Initiatives

: Drive sales, unearth new opportunities, and create strong client partnerships in the global horticultural industry.

Pioneering Market Entries

: Develop and execute strategies for entering new regions, leveraging your relationships with industry pioneers.

Hands-On Approach

: The commercial domain at Source is evolving, and we need someone ready to roll up their sleeves and co-build this domain with us.

Job requirements


You have:

Experience

: 4+ years in the horticultural sector, with a can-do attitude and a penchant for fast-paced environments.

Mindset

: Approach decision-making with data-driven insights and a relentless pursuit of improvement.

Perspective

: Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and abroad (Europe, North America), with proficiency in English and ideally additional languages such as Spanish, French and Arabic.
