Ben je niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken? dan is dit je kans! Elke dag verschilt, want je werk locatie is telkens anders. Je komt te werken in een gezellige werksfeer met een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit iets voor jou? Dan is de functie van sloper écht iets voor jou!

Wat ga jij doen?
Als Sloper/Sjouwer ga je aan de slag bij verschillende sloopprojecten, zo is het werk altijd divers en afwisselend. Omdat het bedrijf diverse sloopwerkzaamheden verricht ben jij zowel thuis in de totaalsloop als de renovatiesloop. Je hebt goede kennis, precisie en kunde om de juiste manier van slopen te bepalen. Je maakt gebruik van hand- en machinaal gereedschappen en weet hier goed mee om te gaan.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het afschermen van de omgeving
• Het strippen van gebouwen
• Het verwijderen/demonteren van installaties
• Het spijkervrij maken van voorwerpen
• Scheiden van sloopmaterialen
• Opruimen van bouwafval

Wat vragen wij van jou?
Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je bent zeker niet vies van een beetje vuil en de afwisseling van binnen en buiten werken spreekt jou aan. Je bent een echte aanpakker die goed zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband kan werken. Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Een geldig VCA certificaat
• Een geldig rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer

Wat bieden wij jou?
Je gaat aan de slag bij één van onze Zeeuws opdrachtgevers die zich bezighouden met sloop- en grondwerken. Ze zijn een specialist op het gebied van slopen, ze voeren de totaalsloop uit van onder andere huizen, schuren of bedrijfspanden. Ook houden ze zich bezig met renovatiesloopwerk, hierbij moet er een bepaald deel gesloopt worden van een gebouw zodat er plaats komt voor een nieuw gedeelte. Kennis en precisie staan hoog in het vaandel bij het bedrijf. Binnen dit familiebedrijf is plezier en hard werken belangrijk. Daarnaast krijg je:

• Een bruto salaris van € 2.300 – € 2.600 per 4 weken
• Vakantiegeld van 8,33% per jaar
• Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per gereden kilometer
• Uitzicht op een contract bij de opdrachtgever bij goed functioneren
• Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
• Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf
• De keuze voor wekelijkse uitbetaling of per 4 weken
