We are looking for an administrative assistant for our client in Rijsenhout. The bulb variety Amaryllis, that is what this company specialises in. Wholesaling, producing and developing these is what they do. It is a versatile family business within a global import/export of flower bulbs.Work
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks under guidance and supervision. Your duties include accounts receivable and accounts payable, order processing (both purchasing and sales), printing production stickers, invoicing and assisting with all common administrative tasks.We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable is a plus.
- Skill in order processing and invoicing is a plus.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Has good communication skills in the NE Dutch and/or English language
- Is flexible and has the ability to work independently under supervision.
- Availability is from late May/early June until Christmas.
