We are a leading Dutch fintech that helps financial service providers in managing their crucial data and complying with regulations. We achieve this by providing KYC Lifecycle Management solutions from onboarding to monitoring and data remediation.

At the core of our offerings are the Hyarchis Document Manager and Compliance Manager platforms. The Document Manager, combined with a composable AI product suite – and the teams that develop it – make the impossible possible by unlocking the full value of a company’s data archives. While the latter ensures seamless onboarding and monitoring that is fully compliant with AML, KYC and GDPR

Our key markets are banking, mortgage, life and pension and accountancy sectors, whereas some of the biggest customers that we serve include ABN AMRO, Stater, Quion, SARE&F, De Hypotheker, BCMGlobal, NIBC, Keylane, WEA Deltaland, Kreston van Herwijnen, FSV Accountants + Adviseurs, Moore-DRV, ABIN.

What we’d expect from you

• Academic degree in informatics or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in back-end development
• Proficiency in .NET5 (and later) and RESTful API development
• Experience of SQL and NoSQL database development
• At least a basic knowledge of Scala
• At least a basic knowledge of using message brokers
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Strong communication skills in English

We’ve grown a lot recently, which is why we want to grow our development team as well by adding a new back-end developer. As a back-end developer at Hyarchis, you will be responsible for renewing and revitalizing our market solutions. As part of a team of driven, motivated professionals, you will help us improve our proprietary product suite. Our next back-end developer will be a bright professional looking to join us on this adventure – a balanced mix of shrewdness and a hands-on mentality are therefore important. The ideal candidate will be someone with a curious mind who is eager to improve daily and strives to make marked impacts with their work.

Your team

You will be joining a distributed five-person team consisting of software engineers and a quality assurance engineer. Your team, together with another sister team are responsible for developing compliance and KYC solutions within Hyarchis. You will create and adapt new cloud solutions that enable FinTech industry customers, such as accountants, to continuously onboard their data and ensure its safety. On a daily basis, you will tackle challenges related to integrating financial data, storing and manipulating millions of documents, and developing scalable cloud solutions.
