Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collaboration Architect to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Collaboration Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing collaboration solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement collaboration solutions using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create architectural designs and technical specifications for collaboration solutions.
• Work with IT teams to integrate collaboration solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in collaboration technologies.
• Train end-users on how to effectively use collaboration tools and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of collaboration solutions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Collaboration Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of collaboration tools and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Experience in designing and implementing collaboration solutions in a corporate environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions is a plus.
