Industrial Painter Start People
In the role of an Industrial Sprayer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the trailers of our client are perfectly sprayed before they leave the door. Your duties will include:
- Performing pre-treatment on the trailers, which involves activities such as degreasing, sealing, removing welding splashes, blowing off and taping;
- Applying gloss lacquers and coatings using spray equipment;
- Inspecting the finished product to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality;
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and properly handling and storing materials;
- Suggesting and implementing process and product improvements to increase efficiency and quality;
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and evaluating incoming materials.
- You have experience with airless spraying technology (wash primer, 2 components);
- You are consciously concerned with quality;
- You can work independently;
- You are willing to contribute to improving work processes;
- You have a healthy dose of work mentality.
- A fulltime job in day shift with the prospect of permanent employment. (06.00-14.45) or in the late shift (14.45-23.30).;
- A salary of €2,727 - €3,300 gross per month based on 40 hours per week. This depends on age and experience;
- 25 vacation days and 13 scheduled days off, 38 days in total!
- 8.33% vacation pay and there is a travel allowance of 0.21 cents per km (10km to 40km);
