What you’ll do
- Review quality issues and their level of severity with products
- Document quality issues and communicate with Operations, Customer Service and Customers
- Identify, communicate and execute process improvements, as well as quality concerns and corrective actions
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting of quality performance
- Support the quality assurance process and procedures across operations
- Weigh in on analysis requirements for operations expansion into additional locations
- Identify opportunities to continue to improve the efficiency of operations
About you
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Experience in quality assurance, operations, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to have skills
- (including but not limited to textiles, electronics, energy categories)
