Kaak Dough Technology produces as much as possible in Nieuwkuijk, from laser cutting a component to testing a complete installation.

Your challenge as a Laser Operator:

Using the Mitsubishi laser (with automated plate feed), you will produce a wide range of sheet products that Kaak Dough Technology offers. These mainly consist of stainless steel products ranging from 1.2 to 20.0 mm. You will set up the provided programs, check the proper operation of the machine and the end product. You will operate the laser and automation correctly and perform maintenance as needed. After cutting, the nests are removed, deburred, and the items are sorted and ejected according to the order.

The Laser Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of products, programs, and orders, with the goal of optimizing machine performance.

What do we expect from a Laser Operator?

• A vocational education in metal is desired but not required;
• Affinity with software and logistics;
• Experience with laser cutting is required;
• Experience with Radan is a plus;
• Precise, solution-oriented with a clear sense of technology;
• A proactive and flexible attitude with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of the Dutch language and reasonable command of the English language is necessary due to our drawing package and machine.

• You will work day shifts between 7:15 am and 4:00 pm (shifts may be adjusted during busy periods, with 8-hour shifts between 6:00 am and 5:30 pm);
