Purchasing Officer - per maand

What will you be doing in this role?

• Processing requests (e.g., parts, tools, services, etc.) into purchase orders, repair orders, sales orders, etc., and following up on these orders;
• Arranging and tracking all shipments, including drop shipments and AOG transport;
• Generating reports for internal and external customers;
• Monitoring and tracking high-value components during maintenance projects;
• Providing reporting and administrative support to the Head of Logistics;
• Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing quotations.

• A starting salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month;
• A contract via Flexibility Limburg, with the possibility of permanent employment after 6 – 8 months of good performance;

What do you bring?

• A completed Secondary vocational education (MBO) or Higher vocational education (HBO);
• Experience in a similar role in an international work environment is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and databases;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with deadlines.
