Are you the arborist
we’re looking for, with:
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- A go-getter mentality and sociable personality
- A good sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude
- A relevant intermediate or higher secondary vocational course
- Knowledge of and affinity with nursery products and machinery
- The ambition to lead approximately 10-20 motivated employees within 3 years.
About this
position
- Plan operational work in consultation with the company manager
- Manage and coach employees
- Provide input and implement the optimisation of container cultivation
- Implement mechanisation and automation
- Advance to the intended position by working alongside the rest of the team.
