Key Accountabilities
- Assist the FSSC Deputy Accounts Payable on the general tasks of the relevant department.
- Responsible for the validation (vendor, CC, account, tax rate) and codification of the invoices.
- Management of invoice approval process.
- Preparation weekly payment proposal.
- Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation of AP accounts.
- Validate discrepancies of goods invoices and follow up. Experience and Specific Requirements
- Education on MBO plus level or HBO starter.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AP in an international company.
- Good understanding of Financial IT tools.
- Experience with SAP
- Good knowledge of MS
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
