Job Description

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for preparing, arranging, and monitoring shipments in accordance with customer agreements. You are accountable for the overall customer experience and managing and expanding long-term relationships. You strive to transport goods efficiently and as quickly as possible.

In addition, you will be involved in:

• Preparing required import and export documents
• Assessing costs and negotiating them
• Providing quotations
• Efficiently and promptly delivering documents at a high-quality level
• Correctly and timely delivering files to third parties for further administrative processing/billing
• Collaborating with your colleagues in planning

Job Requirements

• You have completed vocational education (a diploma in logistics (STC) is a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the same employer
• You are resilient to stress and can perform well under pressure
• Good command of Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
• Commercial insight, persuasive skills, and social abilities
• Problem-solving skills and perseverance
• Sense of humor
