We are looking for Electrical Interface Engineer to be involved in power distribution solutions for data centers.Company information
You will be part of Data Center division which deals with engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning for energy distribution systems.You will work with medium and low voltage distributors, transformers, power distribution units, busbar systems, digital security, automation and monitoring systems and modular solutions such as E-Houses and Skids.
Although constant support from Lead and Systems Engineer, you are expected to work independently and exhibit pro-active attitude.
Vacancy information
As daily tasks, you will:
- Provide technical support to the engineers within the project;
- Resolve remaining issues and close them administratively;
- Participate in the realization of detailed designs in the field of layer and medium voltage distribution systems;
- Preparing work packages for installation and commissioning;
- Compiling Operations & Maintenance manuals;
- Checking technical (factory) documentation;
- Drawing up technical specifications and RFQs;
- Delivering technical documentation to the end customer;
- Manage and keep technical project documentation up to date;
- Compose technical training courses;
- Prepare test and inspection plans.
What do you need
- Completed MBO training in Electrical Engineering;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with energy distribution projects;
- Affinity with checking and drawing up technical documentation and manuals;
- Experience in creating technical reports and test plans;
- Speaking and writing fluently in English, Dutch is a pre;
- Experience and/or interest in the field of data centers is an advantage;
