1. General
AFF Recruitment is searching an International Trader Petfood. Our client has a crucial role open that contributes to the expansion and success in the European pet food market. As a key figure in this new position, you are responsible for initiating and leading growth strategies with a strong focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Your unique contribution, as an International Trader Petfood, lies in the ability to explore, analyze, and penetrate new markets while simultaneously building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers. This requires not only commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of the pet food sector but also the skill to act pragmatically and independently, effectively setting up a 'store' within the organization on your own.
Your role includes coordinating with various teams, strengthening the position of the pet food portfolio in Europe, and actively contributing to the overall growth strategy. With your efforts, you ensure a strong and lasting impact on the market. Interested? Apply today!
2. Tasks
Developing new customer relationships and business opportunities in Europe;
Expanding and managing the pet food portfolio;
Collaborating with various departments within the organization;
Maintaining existing customer relationships and partnerships;
Approximately 20-30% travel within Europe.
Working from home is possible
3. Knowledge and Skills
You have a bachelor's degree level of work and thinking;At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role (trading or international sales);
Experience in the pet food sector or pet food products is a must;
Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
Strong analytical skills;
Independent, pragmatic, and a proactive attitude.
