, who loves analysing data and tracking all KPIs by checking reports & dashboards. You can effortlessly optimise all our performance marketing channels and generate as much ROI with our budgets as possible.

to the table that will contribute to company’s OKRs.

What your day looks like


Let's break down this vision into a little taste of your work at Trengo:
  • Creating strategy and running campaigns on Paid Search and Paid Social channels.
  • Aligning performance marketing campaigns with revenue generation goals.
  • Optimising campaigns based on marketing insights and data analysis.
  • Research and understand the needs of Trengo’s ICP, and continuously optimise the messaging in ad campaigns in collaboration with the content team.
  • You talk with the sales and product marketing teams, extract insights and identify unique opportunities to improve targeting.
  • Collaborate with our SEO Manager to align on audience insights, data and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with our content team to create a plan for the distribution of Organic Social.
  • You stand your ground, happy and confident: you report performance marketing campaign data to the Revenue Marketing Manager and the rest of the marketing team.

What you are like


Now that you know a bit about us, can you tell us a bit about you? I hope you can identify yourself with some of these:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing, including some experience in the B2B, SaaS world.
  • You have extensive knowledge of

Google, LinkedIn and Meta Ads

  • any other channel is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis across various platforms including

GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.

  • You are used to

kick starting new performance marketing channels

from the ground up.
  • You own the budget for the

Paid Search

and

Paid Social

channels and hold the key to what best increases the pipeline & revenue.
  • You have your eye on your company's competitors, as well as the future that your company envisions. Both are important for you and you like to achieve the ideal target together with your team.
  • You are fluent in

English

.
  • We work with, among others,

HubSpot, Clearbit, DreamData and GA4

. Experience with these tools is not required but it's a plus.
