Are you a technically skilled and passionate about quality control in powder technology? This company is looking for a dedicated Production Worker to elevate the production line to the next level.
You will join a company that focuses on flexibility, assurance, and strict safety requirements. Quality of powders is their top priotity.
Your responsibilities as a Production Worker include:
- Setting up and running the production line;
- Working with production employees and checking product quality;
- Operating and controlling machines, and solving technical problems;
- Understanding the entire production process;
- Responsible for agglomerating, mixing, repackaging, and screening;
- Detecting deviations and taking necessary measures if required;
- Ensuring coding, palletizing, and cleaning of machines.
What you bring:
- Physical fitness and strength;
- Technical insight;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
- Availability for an extended period;
- Knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language;
- Experience in the food industry.
What we offer you:
- Flexible working hours in shifts from 07:00 to 15:30, 15:00 tot 23:30, and 23;00 to 07:30;
- A shift allowance of 118% for each working hour;
- Opportunities to grow in position or salary, and possibly a contract at the company;
- An informal work place in a motivated team where innovation and flexibility are key;
- A salary from €13,03 to €13,69 gross per hour.
