Location:

Contract:

Initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. After the first year, employment will transition to an indefinite contract

As we continue to grow we now seek to hire Legal Operations Administrator to support our global operation from the rapidly expanding office here in Friesland, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Legal Team to ensure efficient work
• practices are maintained
• Optimising the use of the Team’s internal systems e.g. Salesforce, DocuSign
• Handling confidential and sensitive material with discretion
• Monitor contract/document-related workflows to ensure fully and timely progression
• Support contract and document execution in compliance with internal policies
• Coordinate signatures using company’s preferred electronic signature software
• Creating, organising or maintaining electronic document filling in the
• company’s document repository and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
• Documentation of administrative processes and support with process improvement initiatives
• Maintenance of Teams folders, SharePoint sites and related meta data, org charts and other files and repositories
• Coordination and administration of various Legal Operations Processes
• Various administrative support tasks (for example, assisting with formatting documents, organising meetings or schedules

Requirements

• At least 2/3 years of experience working on an in-house legal team, as a paralegal or legal assistant with some familiarity with legal terminology (not necessarily a Law Graduate)
• Experience of working in a Start-Up / Scale-Up environment is essential
• IT savvy with good technical skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite of Products
• High level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic team player who is willing to support others
• Highly adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment
• Work from our Leeuwarden office typically, at least 2-days per week
