The position

Key Responsibilities

• Verify load-out manifests provided by vessels during each port call;
• Assist in the exchange of files between vessels and designated platforms as required;
• Manage inventory of items, tracking exchanges between vessels, yard and client teams;
• Maintain an updated record of (lifting) equipment certificate validities and ensure timely inspections are arranged at designated locations;
• Ensure completeness and proper packaging of equipment arriving from vessels, providing feedback on packaging procedures or missing items before exchanges;
• Liaise with vessel crews and subcontractor contact points to coordinate equipment servicing, replacement, spare parts deliveries and technician arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail;
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders;
• Knowledge of maritime equipment certification processes is advantageous.;
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure;
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field within the maritime or offshore industry.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination within maritime or offshore operations.

• This position may require occasional travel or on-site presence at various locations.
