Description
The door remains closed, batteries are dead, the locker won't open... the card reader is acting up... urgent matter in between!! Busy... busy... busy, yes, the hustle and bustle of a Support Department, but what a great feeling when everything is resolved by the end of the day. Customer happy, we're happy!
The Team Leader of the Customer Support Desk is a hands-on individual who supports our customers in a clear and professional manner and knows how to inspire and motivate the Customer Support Team. You are the driving force behind this team and make our employees even better at what they do.Core tasks
- Point of contact for customers regarding questions about the installation and use of our locks and software.
- Answering questions about the operation, maintenance, and use of our products, such as minibars and safes.
- Ensuring that returns and repairs are handled promptly.
- Motivating and inspiring your team daily.
What we ask for:
- HBO-level of thinking and working (or MBO+ with extensive experience).
- Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Being results-oriented, confident, and decisive.
- Having good communication and social skills.
